Contract terms:  

I understand and agree to pay the nonrefundable 25% security deposit to secure the appointment(s) for my bridal party and myself. I understand that if my contract is not signed by agreed date my reservation will not be held. I agree to pay the complete balance for my party on the day of the wedding as listed in this contract on or before my wedding day. I understand and will comply with all policies as listed in this contract. I understand that no refunds will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointments on the day of the wedding. I also understand that I am responsible for balances from any members of my party who fail to provide payment.

In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement as a result of an “Act of God” which is beyond the control of either party, neither party shall be liable to the other and all deposits will be returned. The Manager and the responding party shall notify each other as soon as reasonably possible following the occurrence of an event described.
